finally i found a trick which will allow you to browse gprs from your BSNL mobile for free.
This is a gprs settings based on the PROXY.
as we know these tricks works for some days but after the trick is popular the tricks are banned from the operator itself. so do not expect these tricks works for long time..
If you want free gprs settings for october 2009, hack gprs for bsnl using proxy 2009.

here is the settings that will work in your BSNL connection..
and then you can browse free internet in your mobile.
1.proxy address - 10.0.0.10 or 10.21.0.99
2.port no.- 8080
3.access point- mizone
4.data bearer- gprs/packetdata
Note :try this when your balance is mininum i.e. less then 50 paisa..
